I feel truly proud to be chosen to be the Manager here at Park View Care Home. Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside an incredible team who share my passion for providing the very best care.
I came into care as a Registered Nurse, and that clinical grounding has given me a fantasitc knowledge base, to develop and empower my team. From managing an 80-bed home to overseeing operations across five homes. But for me, this role isn’t just a job, it’s a vocation. Whatever the title on the door, the heart of this work has always been the same: making sure every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for as an individual.
That belief sits at the centre of everything we do at Park View.
