At the heart of everything we do is our team, the people who show up every day and give our residents care, comfort and dignity. This month, we’re delighted to shine a light on one of them.
We’re incredibly proud to name our Head of Nursing Care, Zsuzsanna, as our Employee of the Month.
Going above and beyond
The recognition follows a moving piece of feedback from the family of one of our residents, who was receiving end-of-life care. They wanted us to know just how much Zsusanna’s compassion meant to them during one of the hardest times a family can face.
End-of-life care asks a great deal of the people who provide it. It calls for skill, patience and, above all, genuine kindness. Zsusanna gave all of that and more, not because she was asked to, but because it’s simply who she is.
A well-deserved award
Our Manager, Jacqueline, was proud to present Zsusanna with the award, recognising the care and dedication she brings to her role every single day.
“Zsuzsanna consistently goes above and beyond for our residents and their families,” Jacqueline said. “This award is thoroughly deserved, and we’re lucky to have her.”

While this month’s spotlight is on Zsusanna, it also reflects something true of our whole team. The warmth, professionalism and heart she shows are values shared right across the home, from care staff to catering, housekeeping to activities.
