Wellbeing That Matters at Park View
When you’re choosing a home for someone you love, you want more than care, you want to know they’ll still feel like themselves. That’s why at Park View, wellbeing isn’t just an activity on a timetable. It’s about helping every resident live with dignity, independence, and joy, every single day.
Meet Lorraine, Our Wellbeing Lead

“For me, wellbeing is about giving people a reason to look forward to the day. It’s those little moments that make life feel special.” – Lorraine, Wellbeing Lead
You’ll quickly get to know Lorraine, who leads our wellbeing team with warmth, creativity, and genuine care. She makes it her mission to understand what truly matters to each resident, what makes them smile, what gives them purpose, and how they like to spend their days. For your loved one, that means activities that feel personal, not just planned.
Promoting Independence, Every Day
We understand the importance of independence, not just for residents, but also for their families. That’s why our daily activities are designed to encourage confidence and keep people doing the things they love. Whether it’s a group exercise class, a creative session, or a quiet one-to-one chat, every day brings something to enjoy.
A Life Full of Choice
No two days look the same at Park View. From coffee mornings and quizzes to gardening, music, and community outings, there’s always something happening. And if your loved one prefers something gentler, our team is there with tailored activities that put their comfort and preferences first.
Beauty & Pampering
Everyone deserves to feel their best. That’s why we have our very own onsite hair salon, along with visiting beauty specialists who offer everything from haircuts to nail care. A little pampering goes a long way in helping residents feel confident, happy, and cared for.

Movement & Strength
Staying active is about so much more than exercise; it’s about staying independent. Our Strength & Conditioning Coach visits three times a week to run tailored sessions, from gentle movement classes to personalised mobility plans. These sessions are designed to help residents stay strong, steady, and confident in theireveryday life.

More Than Just Activities

What makes wellbeing at Park View different is the people behind it. Lorraine and her team don’t just organise activities, they create moments of connection, laughter and purpose.
For your loved one, that means more than passing the time; it means truly living each day to the fullest.
Because here, wellbeing isn’t a box to tick. It’s about care, choice, and making every day brighter.
