These awards celebrate the heart that drives social care, the individuals and organisations who bring warmth, laughter, and dignity into people’s lives every single day. And for us, that encapsulates what Park View stands for. It’s not just about the building, the garden, or the facilities that make this home special; it’s the people who fill it.
Our eight finalists represent everything we’re proud of: compassion that runs deep, teamwork that feels like family, and a shared belief that every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved. From our residential care and nursing care teams to dementia care, respite care, and palliative care teams, each plays a vital role in making Park View the warm, welcoming home it is today.

A special mention for our highly commended Gemma Carter
A very special congratulations goes to Gemma Carter, she was highly commended of the Putting People First Award, Gemma embodies everything Park View stands for. Gemma’s award is in recognition of her drive to go above and beyond, seeing each resident as an individual, listening to their stories, and helping them live life on their own terms.
Her achievement reflects the love and dedication that flow through Park View every single day.
